    I try Pho Special for $8.50 you get a big bowl of Pho full of meat and rice noodle. That is enough for whole day to explore San Diego. Compare with Pho in Toronto, Canada Pho Van is much much better. The food is great; the service excellent; staff is friendly. I can not find anything that others said in the bad reviews. They must tell you the lies. Try it yourself! Vu from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

    Good spot. Been coming here for YEARS. Prices have gone up as popularity but still a good deal. I usually don't get egg rolls from here as they are always stale but the PHO is good. Typical Vietnamese customer service so don't expect more unless you're Vietnamese.

    Ok place for quality vietnamese food. Prices are reasonable. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

    Best Pho in my area. The chicken fried rice was the best i ever had.
